General Factors
- Implementation: an only parameter fee and database loading.
- Monthly fee: all the registers carried out throughout a year (incidents and preventives) are taken into account to calculate it.
- Development or programming of special modules: under previous budget.
Prices will not vary throughout the duration of the contract (one year). If, after one year, the contract is renewed, the fee will also be readjusted depending on the number of registers carried out in the last year. If that number of registers is at the same level, the updating of the fee will be calculated according to the CPI (Consumer Price Index).
From three months on, the customer can stop the service at any time.
Payment Method

Special developments……………………. 50% at the specification and 50% at the delivery.
Monthly fee……………………. 30-day due date.
First fee thirty days after the delivery and start-up.
